NISM Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Program:

National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) offers

1. Mandatory Certification Examinations for associated persons in the securities market intermediaries.

2. Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Programs for associated persons in the securities market intermediaries.

Upon expiry of the validity of the certificate possessed by an associated person, the certificate shall be re-validated by passing the relevant NISM Certification Examination before the expiry of the existing certificate or by successfully completing a program of relevant one day ‘Continuing Professional Education (CPE)’ as may be specified by NISM during 12 months preceding the date of expiry of the certificate.

The certificate will be re-validated for a period of three years from the date of expiry of the existing certificate.

American Academy of Financial Management is a NISM Accredited CPE Provider for conducting CPE trainings for revalidation of certificate under different programs offered by NISM.

Design of the CPE Program

The CPE Programs shall be delivered in a class-room format.

NISM has Accredited CPE Providers for the delivery of the NISM CPE Programs.

All NISM CPE Programs are of one day duration (approximately six hours).

A test shall be conducted at the end of the Program.

After verifying that Candidates have successfully completed the CPE Program, NISM shall issue a new Certificate for a period of three years from the date of the Program or revalidate an existing Certificate for a period of three years from its date of expiry.

Note: The content and duration of the CPE Programs shall be specified from time to time, by NISM for each CPE Program specific to each Certification Examination.

REGISTER HERE

Candidate must register at https://certifications.nism.ac.in/nismaol/ (PAN and photo upload mandatory).

On registration, the system will email an activation link to candidates registered e-mail id. The candidate has to click on this activation link to activate his account.

Upon account activation, NISM will approve the registration. The timeline for this approval is 3 working days. Only after approval of registration by NISM, candidates will be able to enroll for CPE training by logging on to https://certifications.nism.ac.in/nismaol/ using his email-id and password. Candidates who have already registered can proceed to the enrollment directly.

Enrollment for CPE Training program will be close before 2 days of training date.
